Linda Maria Robertson

Born on July 23, 1948, Linda lived her life with a deep commitment to the people she loved. On May 25, 1968, she married the love of her life, Dana Lynn Robertson, beginning a marriage that would span more than 58 years. Together, they built a life and a family rooted in love, faithfulness, dedication, and an enduring commitment to one another.

Linda was the loving mother of Marc Robertson, Renee Callison, and Tamra Murray. Her family was at the heart of her life, and she loved them fiercely. She was caring and compassionate, faithful and trustworthy, and deeply devoted to those she called her own. When Linda loved someone, she loved them wholeheartedly.

Those who knew Linda will remember a woman who was wonderfully meticulous and passionate about the things that mattered to her. She believed things were worth doing well and took great pride in what she did. She could also be stubborn—a quality those closest to her knew well—but that determination was part of the strength that made Linda who she was. She stood firmly behind the people and things she believed in and gave herself completely to those she loved.

Linda had a heartfelt way of caring for others. Her love could be found not only in words, but in the countless things she did, both large and small. She was dependable, dedicated, and someone her family knew they could trust. Her presence became woven into the fabric of their lives in ways that cannot simply be replaced.

A lifetime cannot be measured only by the years between a birth and a passing. Linda’s life is better measured by the family she built, the marriage she nurtured for more than half a century, the children she loved, the memories she created, and the pieces of herself she leaves behind in everyone who loved her.

Her passing leaves an emptiness that words cannot adequately describe. Yet alongside the grief is tremendous gratitude—gratitude for 78 years of Linda, for her love, her strength, her passion, her stubborn determination, and every ordinary moment that now becomes a treasured memory.

Linda Maria Robertson was deeply loved in life, and she will remain deeply loved in memory.

Her life was a gift. Her love was steadfast. Her memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to call her family.
