85, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on April 3, 2017. She was born in Akron, Ohio on May 8, 1931. She graduated from Garfield High School in 1949. She had an extensive career as the Head Secretary for the U.S. Government spending time in Seoul, South Korea and with NATO in Brussels, Belgium; just to name a few. She was a resident of the Trails West Retirement Community. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert E. Barnes and Nellie L. Barnes of Kissimmee, Florida; son, Jeffrey M. Kearns of Tucson, Arizona and siblings, Robert L. Barnes of Medford, Oregon and Charles E. Barnes of Manchester, Ohio. Lois is survived by her brother, Thomas M. (Mary Ann) Barnes of Uniontown, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
