Lola F. McClintock

Our beloved mother, Lola went to be with the Lord November 7,2014. Mom died peacefully at home after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer. Mom was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Allie Stewart; husband, Harold; son, Samuel (grandsons, Samuel and Brian) and daughters, Diann and Marilyn(grandchildren, Shawn and Lindsay); sister-in-law, Dortha Stewart. She is survived by sons, Timothy (Sherry), David (Susan) and Jonathan (Patricia);

brothers, John (Bernice), Emil and DJ (Barbara). She has 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Mom was born November 25, 1931 in Story, Arkansas and moved with her family to the Colony of Cameron Creek, California, in 1941. Mom and Dad married in 1948 after a whirlwind courtship. They enjoyed 61 years of marriage before Dad was called home to Heaven. Mom enjoyed traveling, spending time with family and friends and entertaining at

her home. She touched many lives through her supportive nature, kind heart and quick sense of humor. Mom was a loving, thoughtful person and enriched our lives beyond measure. She will be greatly missed. She was a member of the Tucson Tabernacle and had faith in the promise of salvation through the Lord. Many thanks to Casa De La Luz Hospice (especially Terry Felix), as well as everyone who provided comfort to Mom in her final days. We will Celebrate Mom's life at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Tucson Tabernacle.
