Lucy R Camargo

Lucy R. Camargo 89, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2013 surrounded by her loving daughters by her side. Lucy was born October 6, 1923 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She lived in Tucson for over 85 years. Preceded in death by her loving husband Angel of 63 years (her honey). She is survived by her four daughters, Joanne Moreno (Ralph), Mary Figueroa (Mario), Angie Cusimano (Zeke) and Dolores Arellano (Benjamin). Nana Lucy had 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Lucy was a loving, caring and compassionate wife, devoted mother and grandmother. Lucy loved to cook, crochet and being with the family. Lucy was blessed with many friends. Mom had a heart of gold and was a role model to all of us. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 29, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN, 5401 S. Park Ave. Mass Friday, August 30, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at St. Monica Catholic Parish, 212 W. Medina Rd. Graveside to follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
