Our sincerest condolences to Louie's family and friends. We were privileged to work closely with both Andrew and Louie on our affordable housing new build projects. Louie was smart, hard-working and always kind. He talked a lot about his family and was always concerned for everyone's well being. We are so very sad to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace in the arms of the angels.


Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me, I am so sorry I didn't respond. I don't even have an excuse I sat there and stared at each of your messages I couldn't find the words to express how much I appreciate and needed to hear to remember that I'm not alone and that neither was my brother. He was my rock, my strength, and my biggest supporter and he was also loved hard and always expected everyone to be like he was honest, genuine, and way too hard on himself. I have always looked up to him and will now live every day striving to be the person he saw me as. My heart is breaking and yet it's still unreal to me. I can't see a picture of him or see his name without breaking down. 
Louie, I know you are in heaven now because you are the most amazing person who whether you believe it or not does belong in heaven. I'm sorry we didn't get the chance to see each other again after you moved to Phoenix, you were the best brother in the world and I will cherish all of our memories and thank you for being the world's best Nino to my babies who miss you so much as well. I always knew you as my strong, smart, and hardworking big brother who taught me pretty much everything I know but even at your worst you were 1,000 times better than anyone I've ever met in this world. I wish I could've told you that, I love you, big brother, I can't bring myself to say goodbye because I don't ever want to imagine living this life without you in it.

I was in one of the rentals Louie worked on, I looked up at the ceiling and there was drywall missing from the repair job Louie did for me.  All I said was "Louie",  he left his mark, I will not repair it.....
