It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Luis Armando Romero. A loving son, brother and father. Luis was kind, funny and had a huge heart. He loved his family so much. He will be truly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Luis famous nicknames were “Meme” by the family and “MAC” by his friends. Luis will be in our hearts forever.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Eduardo Romero and Artemisa Romero Maldonado. He is survived by his mother, Maria Romero; his daughter Anayissa Romero and sister Claudia Romero ( Michael). Also survived by lots of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Con gran pesar y profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Luis Armando Romero. Un amoroso hijo, hermano y padre. Luis era amable, divertido y tenía un corazón enorme. Amaba mucho a su familia. Realmente lo extrañaremos todos los que tuvieron el placer de conocerlo. Los apodos famosos de Luis fueron “Meme” por la familia y “MAC” por sus amigos. Luis estará en nuestros corazones por siempre.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus abuelos, Eduardo Romero y Artemisa Romero Maldonado. Le sobreviven su madre, María Romero; su hija Anayissa Romero y su hermana Claudia Romero (Michael). También le sobrevivieron muchos sobrinos,sobrinas, tías, tíos, primos y muchos amigos.

A visitation for Luis will be held Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A prayer service will occur Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A graveside service will occur Monday, November 20, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at South Lawn Crematory, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
