I’m so sorry for your loss. I didn’t know Pita had passed, I would have definitely been at her memorial services. She and I grew up in the same neighborhood on 2nd Ave. She was a lovely person who always thought more about everyone else before herself. I remember her and her husband “Cow” who was also my dear friend. Joe and the rest of your family my deepest condolences. Gilbert Granillo “Givvy”.

Pita was a beautiful woman, her light shined from inside. I never ran into her and didn't feel her joy, no matter what was going on in life.
I am thankful for all my memories of her, thanking God that he let be a part of her family.  Sending my prayers for all who loved her and are hurting now.  I am comforted to know she is home with Jesus and our loved ones. No more pain!

My mom, ur Sister, Carmen Romero will miss u sincerely as u left so suddenly bt God seen u sick n decided it was time to go home to join Tio Rudy & the rest of our loved ones...
