Manuela "Nellie" Soto was preceded by her husband, Roberto E. Soto and her son, Roberto E. Soto, Jr., survived by her children (Georgina, Maggie, Ofelia, Vicky and Lucy), grand-children and great-grandchildren. Nellie was a loving mother to her children especially her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
Nellie was an active member of the Catholic Church devoting her time and energy in the church choir, as a catechist, and a member of several church ministries.
In her younger years, Nellie loved to make quinceafiera dolls which she personalized for family and friends. She also knitted many blankets for her children and grandchildren; we all complained that the blankets were to heavy but they were soft, warm and filled with her love.
We could not have asked for a better parent and we will miss Nellie every day. Her memory will live in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.
