

Marc was born on October 2, 1982, and lived a life defined by hard work, love, and resilience. He built a career as an electrician with Wilson’s Electric, where he took pride in his craft. He was also known as a skilled handyman, someone anyone could call, no matter the challenge. Marc even ran a small business selling fruit jars, showing his drive and the way he was always willing to work and provide.
Marc had a deep love for hiking and being in nature, but above all, he loved his family. His children meant everything to him, and he shared a special bond with his fiancée, Katrina. He had a way of staying positive no matter what life brought him, always bringing light and humor into the lives of those around him. He loved his work, his dogs, and the people closest to him.
He will be remembered for his big heart, his strong work ethic, and the light he brought into the world.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Linda Rae Figueroa and Albert Marquez Figueroa.
He is survived by his children, Elicia Christine Figueroa, Brianna Alejandra Carpio, and Hector Ray Figueroa, as well as his fiancée, Katrina Verdugo Escalante, and his family.
Services will be held on May 1, 2026, at South Lawn Memorial Cemetery, 5401 S Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. The funeral will begin at 10:00 AM, with burial following at 12:00 PM.
