Margaret M. Brooks

BROOKS, Margaret M., born November 19, 1946, passed away on March 24, 2012. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bob Brooks; her brother, Dusty (Kathleen) Davison; her son, Bill (Lynn) Brooks; her daughter, Dana (Mac) Marshall and her grandchildren, Aidan, Alyssa, Tanner and Katie. She is the daughter of William C. Davison and Laverne C. Soper and stepdaughter of William E. Soper. Margaret was born in Sanford, FL and lived in Tucson since 1951. She enjoyed a long career in early childhood education, working with children and their families. She said she was fortunate in that she always had a job where she loved her work. She touched many lives and will be remembered by those she has helped over the years. In all things she did over the course of her life, Margaret always made the same comment that, no matter what the situation, she always did the best that she could. The family wishes to thank TMC Hospice and Peppi's House for the wonderful care provided, and the support and compassion they showed in helping her and her family in her passing. Graveside Service and Interment to follow will take place at East Lawn Palms Cemetery on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements by EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY AND CEMETERY.
