

Margarito was preceded in death by his mother, Urbana S Maldonado. He is survived by his sisters Mary, Evangeline, Sylvia and Carolina, and by his daughter Alexis.
Known for a kind heart and a compassionate spirit, Margarito was someone who noticed what others needed and responded with steady care. He was attentive to those around him, and so willing to help—offering support in ways both practical and heartfelt. Even in serious moments, his gentle humor and natural charisma could bring comfort, reminding family and friends that warmth and laughter can exist alongside life’s hardest days.
Margarito truly loved being involved with his prayer circle, a meaningful part of his life and a reflection of the devotion and community he held close.
Visitation with Funeral Service will be held at Funeraria del Angel Catalina, 3435 N First Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85719, on June 6, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. A Committal Service will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery, 3555 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705, on June 6, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
