Mari Arvizu Meza

December 18, 1942 in Douglas, Arizona and later resided in Tucson, Arizona. She is preceded in death by

her parents Rebecca and Ernesto Arvizu and by her brother Bobby Arvizu. While living in Douglas Mari

served as a Police Officer and while living in Tucson she worked as a sales representative for over 25+ years in western attire. She is survived by her husband Victor Meza and by their only son Papis (Celeste); Grandchildren- Anthony, Aaron, Victoria and Violet Meza. Also surviving sisters Rose (Luis), Blanca (Martin) and Sister in law Susan Arvizu. Loved by many nephews, nieces and God children. Mari was Elvis' #1 fan. She loved her two door sports cars, her daytime movies and novelas. Her favorite pastime was spending valuable time with her grandchildren.

A visitation for Mari will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A rosary service will occur Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A visitation will occur Friday, July 15, 2022 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A funeral service will occur Friday, July 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Augustine Cathedral, 192 S Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85701.
