

Maria Esperanza Durbin was born on May 30, 1949 in Nogales Arizona and was called to the Lord on Monday, March 10, 2014. Maria was raised in Tombstone Arizona until she moved to Tucson in 1972. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother (nana) and friend. She loved all her grandchildren and was so very proud of them. She had an endless and contagious smile and laugh for anyone and everyone. She loved pink, frogs, music that would just make you happy and want to dance. She loved the thrill of the casino and the possibilities. Maria was a quiet woman, but she was so very strong and her love for her family was so much stronger.
Maria was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Franco Molina and Maria Candelaria Ballestos-Molina, her brothers, Roberto and Pedro Molina. She is survived by her husband, Mark R. Durbin and her children, Bill (Heidi) Durbin, Melissa (David) Reiber, Margaret Badilla, Gary (Patricia) Durbin, her brother Frank (Maria) Molina, her sister Mercedes (Jim) Smith and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Betty no tenemos bastante palabras para decirte que agradecidos estamos por la relación que tuvistes con Maria, tu fuistes como una Madre, hermana y amiga y siempre estuvisteis a su lado, nunca le faltastes...Maria se fue al cielo con su corazón lleno de tu amor y por eso te damos mil gracias...Te queremos mucho Betty!

A special Thank you to the crew of Fire station 14, Davita Dialysis, Dr. Walshaw for always looking out for Maria, Diane, Robin, Erica and Staff. Dr. Crowe, Dr. Pettit from UPH and the nursing staff, UAMC and all the wonderful care from the nursing staff and technicians, Dr. Mills and Dr. Hudson who all showed so much compassion for Maria.
