

Born December 28, 1936 in Linton, Indiana to Lester Padgett and Grace Higer, he passed away on July 12, 2014 rejoining his wife, Gail Padgett. Marshall’s brothers and sisters included Harold Padgett, Anco Padgett, Anthony Morgan, Perry Morgan, Linda Angrignon, Betty Dunning, and Steve Suthard.
He was preceded in death by his wife Gail Padgett and his son Russell Padgett. He survived by his other two children Vicki Padgett and Marshall A. C. Padgett, his grandchildren Matthew Padgett, Courtney Padgett, Christopher Kinney, Amethyst Kinney, and Brittany Hamacher and his great-grandchildren Lillianna Padgett, Hunter Terris, Coein Kinney, Lucas Hamacher, Alizabeth Hamacher, Ashlynn Hamacher, Malachi Padgett, and Elijah Padgett.
Marshall had many other family members, and would lend himself as a family member to friends in need. Marshall was the owner of his own company and he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a man of many great talents, had a great sense of humor, and was loved by many. He was a role model to many of his family and friends. His influence has changed many lives. His fictitious character of George may never be revealed but will always be remembered. He was one of a kind and will live on forever in our hearts as the greatest man we have ever known.
Funeral services for Marshall will be held Saturday July 19, 2014 at East Lawn Palms Cemetery at 2 pm. The reception to follow will be at 22nd St. Baptist Church.
