I was blessed by Mauvolene's guidance, patience, dedication and friendship for nearly 50 years and consider her one of the most gracious and humble individuals I have ever met.  I will always consider her a prized mentor, a sister in Christ and a forever friend.

I was privileged to have Mauvolene Thomas, as my first grade teacher in 1966, at Elizabeth Borton.  I was always so out spoken that she made me the teacher helper.  She would always encourage me by saying you're going to make something out of yourself one day. And yes, she was right I did. She sure could wear that red lip stick. Rest in peace Mrs. Thomas.

Mauvolene I will never forget you.  I had a wonderful time working with.  You were an amazing woman, my mentor, my friend. I hope you are finally  resting peacefully in the arms of our LORD.  God Bless you for all the wonderful things you did for students, families, schools and us Reps.  
Thank you for introducing your brother Art Farmer to my son.  He was a wonderful musician.  Farewell,  my friend, rest in peace.

Your aunt Mauvolene appears to have been a beautiful and exciting woman in the days of her life, may God bless you and your family with loving memories of the life and time of this magnificant creature. Peace to with you all.

Mrs. Thomas is now at rest with her devoted Ed. She will be missed. My condolences to the family.

I was privileged to have been mentored by Mauvolene Thomas as an involved parent in TUSD.  Her love of family and education was always evident in everything she did.  We were blessed to have her in our lives.

May she rest with her brothers and sister in peace.

So sorry to hear of Mauvolene's passing.  Knew her for many years in TUSD!  She was quite a worker, and had such a distinctive voice.  May her family take comfort in their memories.
