Michelle was always sweet and thoughtful to me. She made my dear friend Mary's eyes light up and heart skip a beat when she saw her or shared stories about her. Rest in peace my friend and know you will be missed.

Michelle, you were in my life for as long as I can remember. You taught me how to play baseball, camp, and fish. You also always brought tamales home whenever your mom made them! I am sorry we never got around to fishing together again but I promise that I will make it to the lake and catch a fish for you. I love you so much.

Michelle was such a special woman. I wasn't blessed to have know her for as many years as many of you were but I was able to get to know her for the past 8 years. In the 8 years that I knew Michelle she showed me nothing but kindness and love and an acceptance that most people don't ever show people in such a short time. She never once looked at me and Steve's relationship as being rushed, instead she embraced our relationship and I think Steve said it best "She loved you because you made me better." Not only did she show me love and kindness but she loved our daughters with a passion that only grandmothers can possess. I will forever remember her voice saying "doesn't nana get loves" when she would see my littlest girl and she would grab her up in a big hug lifting her off the ground and say "oh your getting so big mija."

Michelle, I didn't get to come and say goodbye to you and for that I am sorry. I want you to know that you will be loved and missed by everyone in our family. My daughters will always remember their nana because I will make sure that they do. They are heartbroken now but they are also at peace that you are not in any pain. They love you so much and already they miss you.

Until we may see you again, and don't worry I will take care of Stephen for you and make sure that he stays the amazing man that you helped him to become. With all our love, forever, and always.

We used to stay up till the sun was coming up playing this stupid game on the computer called Balls it was so addicting we just couldn't stop playing!!! We had so much fun. And one time we were coming home and you got pulled over by the Pascwa police and your mom had to bring papers and you got out of the ticket. We were freaking out!!! Then we got back to find someone robbing me and bullying my oldest disabled son around wow she and I went into mama bear mode and she stood in front of the truck and trailer about to leave with all my things on it. They threw almost all my things off and drove out of there so fast!!! This beautiful woman helped me so many times. She would come whenever I called her. She always had my back. She was a loyal friend🌹 I just loved her so very much. Thank you Michelle, God bless you my sweet friend. May you forever Rest In Peace❤

What can i say about my dear friend, you taught me how to be a man more than any man ever has.
I will miss you terribly. You were my best 'person' at my wedding, you were always there to help or give me a punch in the arm when we worked on cars or just hung out. You were my buddy, you welcomed me into this amazing family and you were my sister,
My friend, my fishing buddy, rest in peace my friend. Thank you for being a part of my life.
