Paul A. Appleby, 67, of Tucson, Arizona, died in his home peacefully on July 30, 2026. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Emerson and Mary Carnellas Appleby, blessed with many gifted abilities among which one was amazing athleticism.
Paul attended Cleveland Public schools and graduated from John Adams High School. He continued his education at The University of San Diego where he studied Psychology and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He then became the CEO of Counseling and Consultants Etc. LLC . His life work and passion were rooted in helping and healing others.
Paul had a dynamic personality and was loved by many. He was preceded in death by his parents Emerson and Mary, his loving wife Franki Reddick Appleby. Siblings Bobby Billingsley (Gloria); Julia Thompson (Willie) and James "Michael" Appleby. He leaves the following family members to cherish his memories, including his daughter, Jasmine Phillip; siblings Georgia Grady (Joe); Connie Appleby, Pamela Burns, Cassandra Appleby-Sparks (Edward), Emerson Eugene Appleby; grandsons, Devonte Moore and KeShawn Hill; two aunts, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends.
