Paul Robert Neppl

Born April 28th, 1950, in East Liverpool, Ohio, Paul was the son of William R. Neppl and Thelma (Popejoy) Orr. He resided in Tucson, Arizona with his family.

Paul was an avid outdoorsman throughout his life, whether it was going on all day fishing trips or hunting in the woods with his friends and family. He worked as a hydraulic press operator for Ferro Corporation-Louthan Plant.

Paul will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Michelle; his children Bradley Neppl, Jonee Mahaffey-Simmons, Benjamin (Melanie) Mahaffey, Catina Keeley, his grandchildren Olivia Mahaffey, Carleigh Mahaffey, and Sidney Travers, his sister Tammy (Earl) Little, and a wide circle of extended family and friends who cherished his warmth, humor, and wisdom.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made in Paul’s honor to the Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) in Tucson, Arizona; reflecting his love for his beloved rescue dog Scooby.
