Phyllis Joyce Chase, born October 10, 1936, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona in her home where she lived since 1968. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl of 43 years, he passed away in 2002. Joyce is survived by her children, Petrina Smith (Wayne), Edith Carter (Clinton) & James Osman, 8 grandchildren & 9 great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all of her family & friends. A private memorial service is planned per her wishes.
