Phyllis Joan Seltzer, age 85, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023.
A graveside service for Phyllis will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at East Lawn Palms Cemetery, 5801 East Grant Road, #C, Tucson, AZ 85712.
