She was born in Colorado Springs, CO on March 23, 1954 to Gail Noyes and Anthony Garcia. Throughout her life she married two wonderful men and created two incredible girls whom she adored good or bad, near or far!
Rhonda loved to laugh and had a fun goofy sense of humor. Her laugh lit up a room, her face and yours. Making Rhonda laugh was always worth it. She loved good food and was a wizard in the kitchen, we will miss her joy over good eats.
One of her very favorite things was the rain, the smell the sound. She loved a good storm and came alive like the Serengeti when she got one.
Rhonda was an incredible listener, loud vivacious processor, a keepr of her word and stubborn to a hilt.
A lover of 70’s music, cartoons and Jesus. She spent hours taking notes and reading her Bible learning about the Lord. We know she is with Him now, feeling no more pain watching over us with excitement for our lives.
Rhonda is survived by her two daughters; Janeen Pipkin of Tucson, AZ and Karissa Sullivan of Austin, Tx; two grandchildren, her mother, two sisters and a brother. Se will be incredibly missed and is gone way too soon.
There is no one that could take her place in our lives, no other comforter or encourager quite like her in human form.
There is no laugh or Jello lime like Rhonda, forever living in our memories, rest easy Mom until we see you again.
Love your girls.
