Richard was born in Wyoming where he learned as a young boy to love the beauty and gifts of mother nature. He expressed this in his artwork as a master floral designer, gardener, pastel chalk drawings and eventually textile art, which included wall hangings and women’s scarves & shawls.
Richard had a passion for life and adventure. He had a heart of gold and smile that was irresistible. His presence on earth will be greatly missed but will never be forgotten by those who had the privilege to be a part of his world.
Richard is survived by his brother & sister-in-law, Larry & Carol McLean, his brother, Randy McLean, and his devoted life partner, Damien McNeal, who will be ever grateful for the love they shared for the past 39 years
