Robert was born September 19th 1930 to Raphael Valdez and Jesus Alvarez
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Aurora Valdez, son Octaviano Valdez, grandson Anthony Nunez, and siblings.
Robert was a Korean War veteran, he was also active in the community. He volunteered at the Tucson Police Department as well as St. Mary’s Hospital Hospice.
Friends and family are welcome to the viewing on Friday April 13th at 5pm at South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, the Rosary will start at 7pm. Mass service will be Saturday April 14th at 10am at Sacred Heart Church, 601 East Fort Lowell, followed by a procession back to South Lawn for the burial.
