Rosie was known for being the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. She had a great sense of humor, a warm smile, and an unparalleled love of chocolate. Rosie had a passion for gardening, and a green thumb to support that hobby. She loved showing off her beautiful flowers, making hollyhock dolls for her guests and neighborhood children, and sharing seeds with anyone who wanted them. Rosie was exceptionally skilled at making beautiful cakes, which brought joy to many gatherings. She mastered many handmade crafts, always striving for perfection in all of her endeavors.
She was a devoted member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, where she found great solace and community. When Rosie was no longer able to attend church, Don Renner began bringing her weekly communion. She always looked forward to Tuesday morning communion and the uplifting that prayers with Don gave her.
Rosie is lovingly remembered by her brother, Jim (Annette) Vetter, her four children, surviving family and friends that became family. She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings. Rose's vibrant spirit and loving nature will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
