Rufina never remarried after the death of her husband Alberto “Biboy” Honrado, and she was the mother of two children, Michael and Alberto Jr, and seven grandchildren. Despite her large family, Rufina always made time for everyone. She always provided support and love for her family.
It would be wrong to say that Rufina lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Rufina stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was “no quit” in Rufina. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight. The family invites you to join them for a viewing and memorial service.
A visitation will be held at East Lawn Palms Funeral Home located at 5801 East Grant Road, Tucson AZ. The viewing service will be Thursday April 7, 2022, from 4 pm to 8 pm. A memorial service will follow the next day, April 8, 2022, from 1000 am to 1100 am.
