It's a year and six days since you parted and ascended into heaven and the pain and void your parting left in my heart and soul are still devestatingly prevalent. I awaken yearning to hear your voice on the other end of a phone call. I desire to walk into your apartment and kiss your forehead. I miss you so, so much grandma. I wasn't ready to let you go....I have so many regrests that now burden my heart and torment me. I need you so much it hurts! I feel lost without you....I hope you know as you look down from heaven that you were my strength, my best friend, the mother I so desired and needed, and the love you gave me is irreplacable! I love you grandma. Thank you for loving me inspite of me.
