Scott was the most senior Captain with Rural Metro Fire Department where he proudly served the residents of Pima County for over 30 years. He always brought a sense of lightheartedness to any situation and touched the lives of everyone around him. Scott was an accomplished musician with many talents. HIs love of music was obvious in his ability to play several different instruments with his passion being the keyboard. If Scott wasn't playing music he was watching University of Arizona softball which he loved.
Scott is survived by his Mother Kathryn Ferguson of Tucson, AZ; his Brother Steven Ferguson and his wife Susan; their children Steven Michael and his two sons, Robert, Scott-Michael and his two daughters LCP William, Barbara and her son and daughter, and Carly, all of Sealy TX; his Aunt Carole Spraggins of Houston, TX and her 4 daughters Gail Kay, Becky Lacy, Lenny Caballero and Kitten Sera; Aunt and Uncle Sandy and Kit Carson of Dayton, TX; Aunt and Uncle Rose and Leon Carson of Dayton, TX and their children James, Michelle and Angela; cousins Betty Lynn Ferguson, Tishie Ferguson, James Ferguson, Jackie Cole and Leila Phillips.
Services will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., Calvary Church, 8711 E. Speedway, Tucson AZ.
