Tom retired from the US Army of 22 years (Hooah) and retired after 20 years from Sun Tran. Tom is preceded by his wife of 47 years, Mary Ellen Ashford and his grandson, Christopher Thomas Happeny. Tom is survived by his son, Thomas (Lisa) Ashford Jr., daughter, Lori (Kim) Ashford; grandchildren, Summer, Seth, Blake, Susan and Grant. We will all miss your wit and your stories. Tom and Mary Ellen will be laid to rest together at East Lawn Palms Cemetery next to their grandson.
