Vicki sue vance was born in Anderson Indiana. She moved here in 1960 with her family. Vicki is survived by her brothers Daniel Vance, Teddy (Diane) Vance and Michael (Deana) Vance and many nieces and nephews. Celebration of life will be held 12 o'clock Saturday august 24th at 10710 east Placita de Pascua.
