Virginia's soul has returned to the Light. She loved living in Tucson for this past year and sitting in the sun after 18 years in Alaska. She loved her family. She grew up in Texas and had two children, her son David Kinsey and her daughter Angela Kinsey, who was devoted to her. She was proud of her two grandsons, Allan Hall of Denver and Kevin Sampley of Portland. She was the oldest of six siblings born to her parents Thomas and Lydia Gallaway. Her sisters, Georgia Hankins, Darlyne Gallaway, Bonnie Wilkinson and brothers Michael Gallaway and John Gallaway will always remember her. Our parents taught us to take care of each other. She had a difficult life, was eccentric and funny, and had a great laugh. She will rest at Eastlawn Palms Cementary near our parents. Graveside services will be on December 7, 2019 at noon.
