ELKINS, Walter Lee, 79, born November 13, 1936, passed away on December 11, 2015. Walter was a loving husband and will be missed forever. Preceded in death by daughter, Sandra Busch. Survived by wife, Shirley Elkins; son, Vernon Elkins; stepsons, Wayne McDonald, Lawrence McDonald; numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
