Bill remembers how sharp his memory was. He would talk about family and places when he was very small. You could ask him about people in our home town of Basin, Wyoming and he could tell you what street they grew up on. He also admired him for always wanting to try to fix whatever was broken before asking for help. Bill remembers how much he loved Church's Fried Chicken (which we found I his microwave this past week!!)
Layn remembers the toy trains, the tracks, the towns they built together. He remembers Sandy  helping him pick out his first bike and helping him whenever anything went wrong with it, from chains, to brakes, to handlebars.
Brian Cody remembers hours and hours of laughter at the kitchen table playing the game Trouble. And getting in trouble with Nannie because they would bounce the super balls all over the walls in the kitchen while she would try to make a meal... She would shake her finger at them both and then just grin.... 
I remember a big brother who had a hard life .... a sheltered life... he had a great sense of humor and a devotion to our mom that was undeniable. She passed two days before her birthday.. Sandy passed two days after his birthday.  He loved to talk and share stories and go out to eat. He wanted to live independently and we respected that. People remembered him and his sense of humor and friendliness. He thought that was wonderful. Your words echo in my mind the last day I took you for the test.. as you sat in my car and I handed you the seat belt, you said "  I wouldn't mind getting old if I didn't feel so bad!"  We laughed about it and talked about all our aches and pains... I didn't know God had a plan  to take you 2 days later.
Rest in Peace Big Brother... Hug our mom, sister and little brother
You are my family .. never forgotten and always loved... 

As a child playing with my trains was very important to me
and I had a lot of fun building my own train layout. I remember Sandy and I
going to the mall quite often looking to purchase new buildings, landscape
plants, trees, train cars and engines for our train layouts.  Then we would rush back to his home and add
the newly purchased items to our train boards.  We spent hours playing with these trains. These
are very fond memories I have with my Uncle Sandy. 
 
Sandy not only loved these trains as much as I did but he
also loved to be outdoors either going for a hike in the desert or as we all
know riding one of his many bikes. We would ride everywhere with Sandy. We took
long bicycle trips towards the mountains, short trips through the neighborhood and
to get ice cream at the local store. He even taught me to work on my bike to
keep it running smoothly. 
 
Sandy, thank you for all the fun times playing and biking. You
will be truly missed.
