Alfred Burnham

Alfred will always be remembered as a caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.

Alfred is survived by his loving wife, Barbara J Burnham, married for 65 years, 4 children, Laurie Couvelier, Lois Hagen, Richard Burnham, Tricia Bertsch, 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. Alfred was the oldest of 9 children, and resided in the Rainier/Yelm area his entire life.

Alfred honorably served in the U.S. Army and was a Veteran of WWII.

Alfred enjoyed the simple things in life... farming, gardening, a country dance, sporting events and helping others.

He was a lifetime member of the Moose Lodge and a charter member of the Rainier Sportsman's Club.

He will be missed by all that knew him.

A celebration of life will be held at the Rainier Sportsman's Club on June 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm, potluck.
