Barbara graduated from Olympia High School in 1948 and lived and worked most of her life in this community. Her generous, kind, and open nature attracted new friends and kept old friends everywhere she went. Barbara was a loving mother and grandmother who instilled the values of compassion, tolerance, patience, and commitment in her family members. It was important that she and her family leave the world around us better than we found it, and to have a positive impact on the people we meet. Those values will continue to live on; when someone lets us know we made a difference we will know Barbara's legacy continues.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Edward Jorgenson and her son David Clintsman. She is survived by her children: Catherine Moore (Jon), Thomas Jorgenson (Denise), Donald Clintsman (Linda), Steven Jorgenson (Frankie), Deborah Dunlap, and Candice Lindley (Arvel); as well as her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Arrangements under the direction of Mills & Mills Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Tumwater, WA.
