Barbara was the oldest of two children. She was born on November 13, 1938 in Burnham, Pennsylvania to James and Margaret (Records) Russell. Her husband Richard pre-deceased her in 2013.
Barbara worked for and retired from the Washington State Department of Game.
Besides spending time with her family and friends, Barbara had a passion for traveling, camping, games, knitting, crocheting, scrapbooking, quilt-making and collecting Fenton glassware.
She is survived by her three children, Stephen (Sally), Barry (Paula) and Laurie (Timothy) Feist, as well as four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be held at Mills and Mills Funeral Home in Tumwater, WA on Friday August 7th, 2026, at 11am.
