Candy lived most of her life in Olympia, WA with her loving husband Robert (Bob) Barnes, daughter Lesley Lair and son Charles (Chuck) Barnes.
Candy was proceeded in death by her mother Adair Neau and father Lionel (Fritz) Neau, along with her son Chuck Barnes.
Besides her husband Bob and daughter Lesley, Candy leaves behind a brother Mike Neau and sister Margarite Neau, along with many grandchildren. Jessica Elias, Nicholas Elias, Travis Barnes, Lauryn Barnes, Jessika Matthews and Haley Matthews.
A funeral service will be held for Candy Barnes on Monday, July 10, 2023 from 12 noon until 1:30 pm.
