Charles Schultz, 86, passed peacefully in his sleep in his home on Monday March 7th 2016. Charles was born on March 7 1930 in Seneca, South Dakota to his parents Charles and Evelyn Schultz. He was one of five children.
Charles enlisted in the army at the age of 18 and proudly served his country in the 95th tank company APO 949 during the Korean War. He went on to work at Weyerhaeuser as a logger until his retirement.
Children: Danny Schultz (deceased), Donny Schultz, Cathleen Schutlz, Donna Bland (deceased), and Charles Schultz. He had twelve grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:00am Sunday March 13 at Mills & Mills Funeral Chapel in Tumwater, WA. The burial ceremony will take place following the service at the Courville Cemetary 41000 174th Ave SE Auburn, WA. Charles will be buried next to his wife, Eleanor Courville Schultz.
Charles was known as "Dad", "Grandpa", "Papa" to many, and was loved by all who knew him. He will be missed and dearly remembered.
