She married Terry C. Frazee in Oakdale, California on March 21, 1970. They have three children – Daniel Terry Frazee of Olympia, Washington, Mary Rebecca Swenson of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Deborah Susan Walter residing in La Enea, Guararé, Panamá.
She graduated from McLane High School in Fresno, California and attended California State University Stanislaus in Turlock, California where she met Terry. She graduated with Honors with a BA degree in Biological Science. A life-long learner, she later attended South Puget Sound Community College where she obtained certificates in AutoCad and Paralegal.
She held a variety of jobs over the years (starting as an FDA inspector, home day-care provider, teacher’s aide, office assistant, office manager) but her primary role in life was “mom” to her children and many exchange students. The “icing on her cake of life” though is the many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren she treasured.
She was an avid reader, ballroom dancer, and Bible Study Fellowship leader and group member. In retirement she discovered river cruising in Europe and enthusiastically shared the benefits of travel. She also traveled the USA (especially Oklahoma) and made several trips to Panamá and once to Colombia. Her trip-of-a-lifetime, though, was to Israel to walk in the earthly path of her Savior.
Over the years she has sewed, participated in adult co-ed soccer and water aerobics, handed out free lunches, been a stroke & turn judge for swimming, and so much more. Baking bread to give away was one of her recent passions, and if you every got one of her crumb-top apple pies you were in “seventh heaven”! She will be dearly missed.
An earthly bride, now she is part of the Bride of Christ!
