Colleen Gay Hutson, who bravely fought ALS, passed away on August 21, 2024, in Olympia, WA. She was born on July 2, 1955, in Santa Rosa, CA, to James Doyle Sparks and his wife Dava. Colleen is survived by her devoted husband of 31 years, Mike Hutson, and her three children, Tosha Asker, Damion Asker, and Tyler Iodence. She was a cherished grandmother to Sadie, Dava, Dakota, Isla, and a loving sister to James and Walter Sparks. Colleen had a passion for crafting, antique collecting, and enjoyed road trips with her husband. She loved life and was a very giving person. She deeply appreciated the love and support from her friends and family throughout her life’s journey.
