OBITUARY

Eugenia C Knox

Born October 8, 1918

Eugenia C. Knox 10/8/18 – 12/9/13 All the happiness of days gone by have now become blessed memories at the peaceful passing of Eugenia C. Knox on December 9, 2013 at Providence St. Peters Hospital in Olympia, WA. She is preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband of 60 years, Julius T. Knox and her little dog, Teddy. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Virginia Anne, Sally Marie and Ellen Lee as well as many other extended family and friends. Eugenia was born in Penniman, VA. and loved reading and collecting books. She was a member of the Eastern Star. After her retirement from Boeing she moved to Tumwater where her flowers were enjoyed by many who passed by their home. Although her cranberry relish and Lebkuegen cookies will be missed this time of year, our mom will be missed forever.

Virginia and Sally; Eugenia was a very important part of my life for so many years that it's difficult to imagine how life will be now that she is no longer with us. She enriched my life in so many ways; her wit and wisdom and joy of life will forever be remembered. She was so much more than my cousin; she was a dear, dear friend whom I loved very much and will miss for all the days of my life. You have walked just beyond the moon........

Eugenia, as my mother-in-law your patience and wisdom was very appreciated. As a mother and wife you were a wonderful example. You will be missed and thought of often. Love, Mitch
