

He was born on December 29, 1931, in his beloved Seattle, WA. Frank was the much-loved and devoted husband of the late Donna (Sue) DeBiase and the proud father of Michael DeBiase. His memory lives on through his adored grandchildren: Matthew DeBiase, Angela DeBiase, Katrina DeBiase, Cloe DeBiase, Samantha DeBiase, Alyssa DeBiase, Sofia DeBiase, and Aliyah Johnson. Frank was preceded in death by his grandsons, Jeffery DeBiase, and Christopher DeBiase.
Throughout his career, Frank was a dedicated entrepreneur and the proud owner of Universal Paint Products Inc. His commitment and expertise left an enduring mark on the industry.
Beyond the realm of work, Frank approached life with enthusiasm and a diverse array of passions. He dedicated 65 wonderful years to Summit Lake, where he eventually retired. He found joy in activities such as fishing, storytelling, motorcycle riding, hunting, and, most importantly, spending cherished moments with his family. These pursuits brought him immense happiness and forged enduring memories with his loved ones.
Frank also found solace and a sense of belonging at Mount Virgin, his place of worship. His faith provided him with profound spiritual guidance and a strong sense of community.
Mills & Mills in Olympia, WA, is overseeing the funeral arrangements.
