Hazel is the fifteenth of sixteen children. She truly loved family and was an loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Her legacy is pure and everlasting love for humanity and for those that knew her were truly blessed. She will be greatly missed by all. Her love of life was astonishing and was the perfect example of how to love others and live life to its fullest potential.
Hazel is survived by five children, Debbie Richardson, Jerry Petersen, Robin Searl, Jack Petersen and Dean Petersen. When asked which one she loved the most, she replied “The one that needs it the most at the time”. She has thirteen beautiful grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Hazel is now with the Lord, her husband, her beloved grandson Ronnie whom preceded her in death along with other grandchildren and family.
