

Helen, 64, of Shelton, WA died Thursday, July 15, 2010 at home with her family by her side.
Helen worked as a Transportation Specialist for the U.S. Army at Ft. Richardson, AK, Ft. Belvoir, VA, and Ft. Lewis, WA. She last worked as a case manager for the Washington State DSHS before retiring. Helen loved reading, gardening, garage sales and spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving are her husband, Cecil H. Bailey, Jr of Shelton; daughter, Rachel (Mike) F. Nicholson of Shelton; son, Cecil (Pam) H. Bailey III of Tacoma; sisters, Donna Montique, Gerry (Steve) Kern, Cathy (Dennis) Bigelow, Eva McNinch of Michigan, and Judy Sanchez of Alabama; brothers, Arthur
(Patty) McNinch, Gary McNinch, David (Deb) McNinch, Randy McNinch of Michigan, and Robert McNinch of Florida; twelve grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Martha Johnson and Mary Francis; and brothers, Russell McNinch, Junior McNinch, Dennis McNinch, and Kenneth McNinch.
Services will be held on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at Mills & Mills Funeral Home, 5725 Littlerock Rd SW, Tumwater.
