It’s still so hard to believe you and Mom are gone, Dad. I miss you both so very much, all the time. I think of you often, and I’m so thankful to have had you as my Dad. 

I hope you’re enjoying your time in Heaven, with Gus & Mom, your Mom & Dad, and other family and friends who were already there waiting for you.

Jeff was very young the last time he saw Jim. He remembered him as a kind and gentle soul. I'm going to post some photos of young Jim which his sister Billie gave to us. If you would like more, please email me. I have photos of his Grandpa/Grandma Hanna and his great grandparents as well.

It's so hard to believe you've been gone now for a year, Dad. I miss you so much, and think of you and Mom all the time. I don't think the sadness of your passing will ever go away, and my heart hurts with the loss of you and Mom. I hope that your reunion in Heaven, with Mom, Gus, and others who have left this earth, is a reunion of joy. You are very missed, Dad. We won't ever forget you, and love you dearly.

We miss you Grandpa Jim. We have been more than blessed to have had you in our lives. We will miss the fire truck parade rides, frequent DQ blizzard visits after ball games, numerous family get togethers and picnics. Wonderful and many happy memories.
