Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in the loss of your mom.  I also think of you guys each time I pass your home on Tilley Road.  Take care:)

I was manager of the Olympia Farmers Market, back when it was sited on Plum Street.  Jean's stall was next to mine. She was a terrific gardener. Her sweet peas and carnation bouquets were especially fragrant and always sold out before lunch.

She shared her worries about her daughter on the Kiwanis student exchange to Australia -" for so LONG and so FAR AWAY".  She and Roy built that beautiful home south of the airport ("in our spare time)".  And then, in her "copious" free time she fretted about her son's current girl friend(s).  Jean was a wife and mother, to the core.

One year she worked with me in the shipping yard for Hoffert's Christmas Trees.  I think we shipped out 250,000 that year.  With her business experience and attention to detail she made the daunting task doable.

Jean was a pleasure to the many of us who knew her and worked with her.

Melissa and family, I am so sorry for loss.  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.  Your mom was a gread lady.  I have fond memories of her.  Everytime I drive past your old house on Tilley Rd I think of you and your family and the fun times we had there.

You are in our thoughts and prayers during this time of sorrow and grief.  May the Holy Spirit comfort your hearts and give you all peace during this time of sadness. Remember you are loved by us and by our Heavenly Father.
