Remembering the last time I saw you, at our Reunion last year. Rest easy, my friend.

Loved getting to meet and spend some time with Joe in Rome last year! Such a smart, sweet, funny and friendly guy. His love and pride for his family radiates in his smile. 

I was so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing.  He was a wonderful and talented personality.  I remember him from high school when he was in a rock band with my brother and on the stage at Nyack High in the musical performances.  One particularly special memory was hearing Joe sing O Holy Night at midnight mass at Saint Ann Church.  It was the most beautiful performance of that hymn that I have ever heard!  It is my favorite Christmas Carol.  I think of Joe whenever I hear it and I have never heard it sung any better than he sang it at that midnight mass in1968.  Rest in peace, Joe Preti!  You are singing with the angels now.


It was such an honor to reconnect with Joe and meet His sweet wife at our 50th class reunion last June. We sat at the same table and really had an opportunity to talk and reminisce.  I’ll never forget you Joe. May God’s love give your family comfort and peace. Sleep now in the arms of Jesus.

My sadness of Joseph's transition from this life leaves me with memories that never faded. Joseph was a great guy.

Joe and I, met up in Elementary Hilltop School.  We took music lessons at the same time.

My condolences 🙏 and prayers to the family and friends. 
These are the times we feel so inadequate, and are at a loss for words...
Thank you Joe for sharing your life with us.

One of my favorite memories with Joe was grabbing a piece of NY pizza after the Empower program had come to a close on our way to the airport. I sat with Steph as Joe shared about his life, and spoke with so much love for his family. He is such a warm light in this world- one we continue to feel even with his passing. Sending love and light to all who loved Joe, and especially his family.

Graeme remembers getting a ride on PopPop’s wheelchair up and down the street. William remembers learning piano with PopPop by his side. I remember getting the best hugs each time I saw you. You are so loved and missed. Thank you for loving me so much. You are the best.
