Joy is preceded in death by her husband, Don Hall, mother Julia (Marge) Teller Miller, and her father Kenneth Teller.
She is survived by her three brothers Richard Teller, James Teller and Jeffrey Teller
Joy worked 46 years for St Martin's College as a Librarian Assistant and will be missed by her College family. She was an avid sports fan and the Seahawks were her number one team.
