
Kim grew up primarily in the Bremerton area, and graduated from high school in the late seventies.
After graduating, Kim resided briefly in Neah Bay Wa., where she met her future husband, Rick Daniels, US Coast Guard. They married in Bremerton and lived there before Rick was stationed in Iceland for approximately one year. Upon completion of his assignment, they returned to Bremerton, where they later divorced..
In her early years, Kim enjoyed drawing, painting, and sewing. She always enjoyed children, pets, music, gardening ,and spending time in the outdoors.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Gertrude Thompson of Bremerton, and her brother John (Tracy) Thompson. She is survived by her older brother Mike (Linda) Thompson, special niece Kerri Thompson, other nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Kim's family would like to thank Lacey Memory Care for their care, concern, and support of Kim in the last few months. A special thanks to Puget Sound Hospice, especially Alicia Carter, Jenny Bradford, Cynthia Franco, and Katie Guertin-Anderson We so appreciate the wonderful care and compassion you gave to Kim. We would also like to thank Mills and Mills Funeral Home for their services.
