Born Marsha Ann Hubbard. She is survived by her sister Sue Van Horn of Wilmette, IL, brothers; Alan Hubbard of Morgan Hill, CA, Jeff Hubbard of Anchorage, AK, and John Hubbard of Fairfax, VA. Husband Barney Burch of Olympia, WA. She worked for both State's of Alaska and Washington, The university of Alaska and The Community Kitchen, in Olympia, WA. There will be a memorial service in Marsha's honor on Saturday, May 20th, 2017 at 1pm at Mills & Mills Funeral Home, 5725 Littlerock Rd SW, Tumwater WA 98512.
