A celebration of life for Russell will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A viewing and visitation will occur at 12:00 PM at Mills & Mills Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 5725 Littlerock Road SW, Tumwater, Washington 98512. A graveside service will occur Monday, September 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
